InformationGeneral Information12 th CBM Collaboration Meeting will be held in Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna) during 13-18 October 2008 (13 th October - the day of arrival, 18 th - departure day). The place of Meeting is the Dubna International Conference Center (see a city map). The Meeting fee is 250 Euro. It covers the transportation from Moscow International Airports (Sheremetievo or Domodedovo) to Dubna and back, social program, lunches and dinners during 14-17 October, welcome party and a banquet and coffee breaks. A part of collaborators from the Russian Institutes can be supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Researches. Important dates: 1- Deadline for submission of the information for visa - 20 August. 2- Deadline for registration - 20 September 3- Deadline for the hotel booking - 20 September Travel information: The participants coming in Moscow airports will be transported to Dubna by bus or by car. Please inform the Organizers about your flight numbers, day and time of arrival and departure. You can put this info at the REGISTRATION form (Comments). Dubna can be also reached from Moscow city by train or bus from the railway station "Savelovskij Vokzal" (see the schedule). Accommodation: To order the apartment at the hotel DUBNA please choose the Category in the Registration Form. Participants should pay for the apartment to organizers. Breakfast is included. Current exchange rate is approximately 37 Roubles for 1 Euro. Presentation All the Meeting rooms are equipped with beamers and laptops for presentation. Internet access During the Meeting an access to the wireless internet will be available.
